The iconic PH 5 pendant lamp was designed by Danish architect and designer Poul Henningsen in 1958 and manufactured by Louis Poulsen. A landmark of Danish Mid-Century Modern lighting, the PH 5 features Henningsen's distinctive multi-shade reflective system, designed to direct light both downward and sideways while illuminating the fixture itself. The result is a soft, diffused and glare-free light with a warm atmosphere. The lamp measures 50 cm in diameter and 27.6 cm in height. It is in very good vintage condition with minimal natural signs of age and one scratch. The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned and fitted with a new braided cable, and a new metal canopy is included. Shipped from Denmark with an approximate delivery time of five business days.
