An iconic PH 5 pendant lamp designed by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen in 1958, presented here in a vintage 1990s production. One of the most recognisable examples of Danish Modern lighting, the PH 5 uses Henningsen’s sophisticated multi-shade system to distribute light both downwards and laterally while reducing glare and illuminating the fixture itself. Its layered geometric form creates a soft, diffused atmosphere while remaining visually striking when unlit. This example is presented in very good condition with minimal, natural signs of age. It has been thoroughly cleaned and fitted with a new braided cable, and a new metal ceiling canopy is included.
