This rare and unusual desk lamp, attributed to the 1960s and possibly earlier, is distinguished by its perforated metal shade and visible rivet detailing that give it a strong industrial character. The sculptural construction and functional clarity suggest mid century European design, though the exact maker remains unidentified. Faint remains of an early stamp or lettering are present on the base, now unfortunately unreadable, adding to its intriguing history. There is also the possibility that the perforated shade was added later, as examples of this specific configuration are exceptionally rare. The lamp remains in great working condition and is fitted for general E27 lightbulbs. A distinctive and characterful lighting piece that blends industrial aesthetics with vintage authenticity.
