A striking Model No. 75 coffee table produced by Sallingboe in Denmark in 1981, combining Danish woodworking with expressive handcrafted ceramics. The generous circular top features individually laid ceramic tiles arranged in a radial mosaic, with glazed surfaces in earthy brown, ochre, green and charcoal tones creating rich variations in texture and colour. A solid wood surround with carefully executed joinery frames the ceramic composition, while substantial wooden legs provide a warm architectural base. The original brass manufacturer’s plaque remains inset into one leg and is marked “SALLINGBOE NR. 75” with the production year 1981, confirming authenticity. Presented in very good vintage condition, the table has been cleaned and inspected, with the wooden elements treated with quality wood oil. Dimensions: Ø 118 × H 52 cm.
