This elegant square side table was designed by Severin Hansen and manufactured by Haslev in Denmark during the 1960s, a period defined by refined Scandinavian modern design. The table retains the original manufacturer’s logo, confirming its authenticity and Danish origin. Characterised by a pure and minimalist aesthetic, the design highlights clean lines, balanced proportions, and exceptional craftsmanship. Crafted in rosewood, the tabletop features very beautiful and expressive grain patterns that add depth and warmth to the piece. The table functions perfectly as a sofa table or occasional table, fitting seamlessly into both mid-century and contemporary interiors. Preserved in very good condition, the table has been professionally restored by the renowned Møbelfabrik workshop, drawing on over 35 years of expertise in specialist wood treatments. There are some minor signs of wear on the tabletop, consistent with age and use, which do not detract from the table’s overall visual appeal or structural integrity.
