The Medalie armchair was designed by Bent Møller Jepsen in 1961 and produced in Denmark by Sitamo Møbler, showcasing sculptural Danish modern comfort with a bold, rounded silhouette. This example has been completely renovated and professionally restored, featuring a renewed solid teak frame and brand-new upholstery built up with a natural coconut mat for durable support. The round seat cushion and armrests are upholstered in premium genuine Wellington sheepskin in a charcoal tone, creating a rich tactile contrast against the warm teak structure. Renovated by a professional upholsterer at Retro Møbler Galleri, the chair is ready to place and offers a striking blend of craftsmanship, comfort, and mid-century character.
