This striking octagon glass coffee table in the manner of Maison Jansen merges classical luxury with bold sculptural presence. Crafted with a substantial brass framework and a clear glass top, the design draws inspiration from French neoclassical interiors favored by high society in the mid-20th century. The standout feature is the finely cast brass ram’s head motif, a decorative flourish that emphasizes both strength and artistry, lending the piece an emblematic, almost heraldic character. The juxtaposition of transparent glass with polished brass results in an object that feels both visually light and materially substantial, making it a compelling focal point for any curated living area. The table is in good vintage condition, with gentle wear consistent with age that enhances its patina without compromising structural integrity. A rare opportunity for collectors and design lovers seeking a high-impact statement piece.
