A striking sculptural table lamp produced by Valenti in Spain during the 1970s, combining decorative artistry with atmospheric lighting. The design features a stylised fan palm frond cast in bronze with a textured green verdigris patina, positioned alongside a vertical brass stem and supported by a substantial circular polished brass base. Concealed behind the foliage, an adjustable halogen light projects towards the wall, dramatically silhouetting the radiating leaf while creating warm indirect illumination. An integrated dimmer switch allows the light intensity to be adjusted from a subtle ambient glow to stronger accent lighting. Signed Valenti, the lamp’s generous scale and botanical form give it a powerful architectural presence, particularly suited to 1970s, Hollywood Regency and Mid-Century Modern interiors.
