This large and chunky copper table lamp from 1960s Denmark stands an impressive 98 cm high including the shade and embodies the bold material presence of Scandinavian mid century design. The substantial copper base showcases warm tones and natural depth, developing a subtle patina over time that enhances its character. The base remains in great condition considering its age. The shade, while period correct, is not original to the lamp and is presented in good vintage condition with only light wear. Fitted for a general E27 lightbulb, the lamp is in great working condition and provides warm, atmospheric lighting. A strong statement piece that works beautifully on a sideboard, console or large table in both modern and classic interiors.
