This extremely rare wooden ball table lamp from 1970s Holland is a unique piece rooted in regional tradition. The lamp is composed of authentic wooden balls used in the northern Dutch sport of klootschieten, also known as road bowling, and was presumably created to commemorate a 25 year anniversary, as indicated by the dates on the plaque. The stacked wooden spheres form a sculptural and characterful base that reflects both craftsmanship and cultural heritage. The lamp retains its original wiring and remains in perfect working condition. It will be delivered with a brand new corduroy shade that complements the warmth of the wood.
