The Isos table lamp by Giotto Stoppino for Tronconi is an iconic piece of Italian modern design from 1972. Engineered with both form and function in mind, this lamp features a distinctive U-shaped lacquered metal frame and integrated plexiglass components, reflecting the era’s bold approach to geometric silhouette and material play. Designed in the early 1970s, the Isos lamp exemplifies a refined balance between minimalism and expressive design. Its clean lines and structured profile make it an elegant addition to both contemporary and classic interiors, while the clever inclusion of an internal tray beneath the light source adds subtle practicality, ideal for holding pens, small stationery, or accents that complement a workspace or tabletop. Produced in Italy, this piece stands as a testament to Stoppino’s ability to fuse everyday utility with timeless design. It is offered in excellent condition, with minimal signs of age and use, preserving its original finish and ensuring both visual integrity and functional performance. A refined choice for collectors and design enthusiasts seeking a standout example of 1970s Italian lighting.
