This unique handmade side table dates from the 1930s–1940s and beautifully captures the spirit of Scandinavian vintage design with subtle Art Deco influences. The most striking feature is the sculptural burl wood leg, which introduces an organic, almost architectural presence and highlights the natural beauty of the material. In contrast, the sleek and restrained surfaces reflect the elegance and clarity associated with Art Deco design, creating a refined balance between decorative expression and functional simplicity. Crafted with great care, the table embodies the period’s appreciation for craftsmanship, natural materials, and timeless form. Both decorative and practical, it works effortlessly as an accent table in living rooms, bedrooms, or curated interiors. Rich in character and history, this rare piece brings warmth, individuality, and a sense of Nordic heritage to any space.
