An elegant extendable dining table designed by H.W. Klein for Bramin, Denmark, during the 1960s. A celebrated example of Danish Mid Century Modern craftsmanship, the table is distinguished by its beautifully figured teak veneer, softly rounded rectangular top and sculptural triangular tapered legs, whose refined joinery creates one of Klein's most recognisable design signatures. The table extends effortlessly from the centre, revealing a perfectly colour-matched extension leaf that conveniently stores beneath the tabletop when not in use. The harmonious proportions, flowing organic lines and exceptional attention to detail make this piece equally suited to intimate family dining and larger gatherings. An original Bramin manufacturer's mark is present beneath the tabletop, confirming its authenticity. Carefully restored and presented in excellent vintage condition, the teak displays a rich natural grain and warm patina that perfectly reflects the enduring quality of Danish cabinetmaking. Dimensions: H 74.5 × W 135 × D 90 cm. Extended length: 195 cm.
