This Danish oak table was designed by Henning Kjærnulf in the 1960s, a period regarded as the height of Scandinavian modern design. Produced in Denmark, the piece reflects Kjærnulf’s distinctive approach, combining robust construction with sculptural clarity and functional simplicity. Crafted in solid oak, the table highlights the material’s strength, warm tone, and expressive grain. Oak was a favored wood in Danish furniture of the era, valued for its durability and timeless aesthetic. The design balances clean lines with subtle detailing, resulting in a table that is both visually grounded and versatile in use, suitable for dining or multifunctional living spaces. Henning Kjærnulf’s work is recognized for its craftsmanship and enduring appeal, often bridging traditional woodworking techniques with modernist sensibilities. This table remains in good vintage condition, showing light signs of age and use consistent with its history, while maintaining excellent structural integrity. A collectible example of Danish modern furniture that brings authenticity and character to any interior. Unfolded dimensions are 256 x 95 cm
