This Danish ear flap lounge chair was produced circa 1950 by a Danish furniture manufacturer and has been completely renovated by a professional upholsterer at Retro Møbler Galleri. The classic high back silhouette is designed for comfort and support, with the original brass springs in the seat carefully retained to preserve the authentic sit and durability. Newly upholstered in quality wool furniture fabric in a rich dark red and black tone, it offers a bold yet timeless presence that suits both modern and vintage-led interiors. Mahogany legs add warmth and elegance, complementing the deep upholstery color and reinforcing the chair’s mid-century character. Presented in renovated condition and ready to place, this is a refined Scandinavian statement piece with honest materials, strong proportions, and lasting comfort.
