The Diplomate desk, designed by renowned Danish designer Finn Juhl and produced by France & Son in the 1970s, epitomizes mid-century elegance and functional craftsmanship. Its frame and top are covered with luxurious rosewood veneer, while the solid wood legs are seamlessly integrated into the desk’s structure. Four spacious front drawers and two auxiliary pull-out tops provide versatile storage and work surfaces. The desk has been professionally refreshed, with minor scratches, dents, and veneer imperfections carefully filled, preserving its authentic character. Ready for immediate use, it offers both style and practicality for collectors, design enthusiasts, or offices seeking a statement piece. For transport, the legs and top may be detached, with assembly instructions available. This piece reflects Denmark’s rich tradition of combining sophisticated design with superior materials, making it a timeless addition to any interior.
