A rare example of American Studio Craft furniture, this Torii side table by David Ebner showcases refined craftsmanship and expressive form. Crafted in the United States in 1984, the piece draws inspiration from the architectural Torii gate silhouette, translated here into a compact, elegant accent table with luxurious ebony wood finish. Ebner’s approach balances structural clarity with tactile presence, creating a versatile piece that operates equally well beside seating or as an accent in refined interiors. The dark ebony surface offers depth and visual focus, while the sculptural profile hints at both craft lineage and modernist sensibility. Offered in good vintage condition, the table retains its distinctive finish and sturdy construction, with gentle signs of age consistent with careful use. A collectible accent for lovers of Studio Craft and sculptural furniture, it brings artistic presence and functional elegance to curated spaces.
