An exceptional Cado wall system designed by Poul Cadovius in Denmark during the 1960s, representing one of the defining achievements of Danish modular furniture design. Executed in richly figured rosewood veneer, the wall-mounted composition combines open shelving with two cabinets, creating practical storage with a light architectural presence. The upper drop-down bar cabinet, supported by elegant brass stays, opens to reveal a refined interior with integrated dividers for bottles and glassware. Below, a spacious sliding-door cabinet provides concealed storage with adjustable shelving, while the open shelves accommodate books, ceramics, artwork or audio equipment. The system has been professionally restored, refinished and treated with quality wood oil, highlighting the dramatic rosewood grain. Dimensions: approximately W 160 × H 160 cm.
