The Boletus table lamp was designed by Mario Ticco for Venini in Italy during the 1970s and is a refined example of Murano glass lighting with a sculptural, organic character. Inspired by the rounded form of a mushroom, the lamp features a softly domed glass shade paired with a harmonious base, creating a balanced silhouette that diffuses light into a warm, atmospheric glow. Venini’s exceptional glassmaking craftsmanship is evident in the clarity, weight, and finish of the glass, giving the lamp a timeless elegance that works equally well as functional lighting and as a decorative object. A highly collectible piece of Italian design, the Boletus lamp adds subtle sophistication and mid-century character to living spaces, bedrooms, or curated interiors.
