Elegant mid century Scandinavian wall lamp designed by renowned Swedish architect Peter Celsing for Falkenbergs Belysning during the 1960s. Known as the ‘Band’ model, the lamp embodies the refined minimalism and functional sophistication characteristic of Swedish modern design. Crafted in white metal, its sculptural wall mounted form creates a harmonious balance between architectural simplicity and atmospheric lighting, diffusing a soft warm glow that enhances the surrounding space. Both understated and visually striking, the lamp functions beautifully in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways or reading corners where timeless Scandinavian aesthetics are desired. Produced with the exceptional craftsmanship associated with Falkenbergs Belysning, the piece retains a remarkably contemporary appearance despite its age. Newly rewired with an electric plug suitable for Sweden and most EU countries, and presented in very good vintage condition with light patina and subtle marks consistent with age and use, enhancing its authentic character.
