This distinctive Danish three seater “banana” sofa dates from the 1960s and is a striking example of mid-century Scandinavian design with a playful, sculptural form. Characterized by its gently curved silhouette, the sofa offers an inviting and relaxed seating experience while maintaining a strong visual presence. It has been professionally renovated and reupholstered in vintage-style velour, which enhances the sofa’s soft lines and adds depth and warmth to the overall appearance. The restoration respects the original proportions and comfort, resulting in a piece that feels both authentic and refreshed. With its bold shape and renewed upholstery, this banana sofa works beautifully as a statement piece in both modern interiors and curated vintage settings.
