A striking Brutalist sculpture by David Marshall, designed during the 1980s for his Spanish manufacturer Marshall Diseños in Seville. Crafted from solid brass and aluminum, the piece exemplifies Marshall’s distinctive approach to contrasting metals, combining the warmth and richness of brass with the cooler industrial character of aluminum. Its sweeping curved silhouette and deeply recessed central opening create a dynamic composition that changes significantly according to the viewing angle, giving the object a strong three-dimensional presence.
