Rare Model 1307 “Pointe de Diamant” sideboard, designed in 1964 by Antoine Philippon & Jacqueline Lecoq and produced by Behr, Germany. A masterpiece of Franco-German modernism, this sculptural piece features a mahogany-veneered corpus with four white lacquered doors, resting on a brushed steel frame. The back is fully veneered, allowing the sideboard to be used as a room divider — a hallmark of Philippon & Lecoq’s minimalist and architectural approach. Subtle geometric detailing and refined proportions underline their focus on elegance through restraint. In very good vintage condition, with light age-related wear and minor restorations consistent with its careful preservation. A collectible 1960s design icon, uniting French sophistication and German precision.
