This Arcona leather set includes a 2-seater sofa and two armchairs, featuring thick black leather in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. The back and seat cushions, along with the leather coverings on the armrests, are attached using a zipper system, making them easy to remove and maintain. The Arcona line was designed by Otto Zapf in 1986 for Art Collection, after Zapf had left Vitsoe+Zapf, a company he co-founded with Niels Vitsoe in 1958. Zapf worked alongside notable designers like Dieter Rams and contributed to renowned companies such as Knoll, B&B Italia, and Art Collection. Art Collection, founded in Aahlen in 1946 and later renamed Dreipunkt in the 1960s, became known for offering furniture designs by top-class designers starting from 1976 under the Art Collection name once again.
