A refined Danish two-seater sofa crafted in the late 1940s to early 1950s, beautifully bridging the elegance of Art Deco with the emerging simplicity of Scandinavian design. Upholstered in dark blue velour, professionally renewed approximately 20 years ago, the sofa retains its timeless character while offering lasting comfort. The lacquered solid ash wood frame showcases elegant craftsmanship and clean architectural lines, complemented by traditional brass springs in the seat for excellent support and durability. Its compact proportions and sophisticated silhouette make it an ideal addition to a living room, office or reading area, pairing effortlessly with Art Deco, Mid Century Modern and Contemporary interiors. Professionally inspected by a craftsman, this authentic vintage sofa remains structurally sound and is presented in excellent vintage condition with no unpleasant odours or stains, showing only light wear consistent with age and use.
