An elegant pair of vintage ceiling or wall lamps attributed to Fontana Arte, reflecting the refined and functional character of Italian Mid-Century Modern lighting. Each fixture features a gently domed circular metal base in a deep purple finish, centred by a distinctive hand-moulded glass diffuser with a crosshatched texture that softly distributes the light while reducing glare. The glass is framed by a slender brass ring secured with three evenly positioned brass fittings, creating a sophisticated contrast of colour, metal and textured glass. Suitable for use as either ceiling lights or wall sconces, each lamp contains two E14 bulb holders and has been fitted with new electrical wiring. Sold as a pair and presented in beautiful vintage condition. Dimensions: H 11 × W 31 cm.
