Exceptional Danish teak desk, designed by Vald Mortensen and produced by Odense Møbelfabrik in the 1960s. A fine example of Scandinavian mid-century design, it features a teak-veneered structure and top, with solid wood legs seamlessly integrated into the construction. The front offers six spacious drawers, while the back includes two open shelves and a small bar section, allowing the desk to be placed freely in a room. The surface has been refreshed, showing minor filled marks and light veneer wear consistent with age. A key is included. In very good vintage condition and ready to use, this desk perfectly embodies the elegance and craftsmanship of Danish modern design. For transport, the legs and top may be unscrewed. Assembly is simple, instructional video available on request.
