Beautiful Danish teak desk, designed by Svend Åge Madsen and produced in the 1960s, a fine example of Scandinavian mid-century craftsmanship. The structure and top are finished in teak veneer, while the solid wood legs are seamlessly integrated into the frame for balance and strength. The front features five practical drawers, and the back includes an adjustable shelf, allowing the desk to be placed freely in a room. The surface has been refreshed, showing minor filled marks and light veneer wear consistent with age. In very good vintage condition and ready for immediate use, this desk perfectly expresses the refined lines and functional beauty of Madsen’s design. For transport, the legs and top may be unscrewed.
