Rare 1930s armchair designed by Czech designer Robert Slezák, produced by the Slezák company (Bystřice pod Hostýnem), catalogued as model K 17. This early modernist piece reflects Bauhaus influences and Czech interwar functionalism. Made of chrome-plated tubular steel, beech wood, and natural cane, it blends elegance with functionality. The armchair has been partially restored: the seat was carefully re-caned by hand, and the chrome and wood have been professionally polished to regain their original shine. A true collector’s item combining historical value and timeless design. Dimensions: H 84 × W 56 × D 60 cm.
