This elegant Genni lounge chair with matching ottoman, designed by Gabriele Mucchi and reintroduced by Zanotta in 1982, is a celebrated example of Italian modernist furniture. Originally conceived in 1935, the design combines Bauhaus-inspired functionality with a refined architectural silhouette. The chromed steel frame creates a striking contrast with the light grey leather upholstery, offering a sophisticated balance of comfort, elegance and timeless design. The chair is presented in very good vintage condition, displaying only minor age-related signs of use, while the matching ottoman shows some additional light wear consistent with age. An iconic design duo for contemporary, minimalist or eclectic interiors. Chair: 106 W × 57 D × 73–83 H cm. Ottoman: 54 W × 45 D × 36 H cm.
