Crafted from narrow stained pine slats, its flexible construction allows the screen to curve into a sculptural freestanding form, while the softly undulating upper edge and vertical rhythm create a distinctive architectural presence. Measuring 195 cm wide, 179.5 cm high and approximately 2 cm deep, the paravent retains a rich dark patina and its original Baumann Paris label on the side. Presented in good vintage condition, the pine displays scratches, scuffs, marks, finish wear and tonal variation consistent with age and use. A few slats at one end are stiffer and cannot move freely in both directions. Despite this, the screen remains structurally solid and presents beautifully as a room divider, decorative backdrop or sculptural interior element.","brand":"Curated Objects","offers":[{"title":"Product","offer_id":67635329859900,"sku":"NL_11890","price":2509.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0829\/9390\/5980\/files\/jomain_baumann_xl_tambour_room_divider_in_pine_for_baumann_france_1930s_first.png?v=1791285473","url":"https:\/\/curiouz.com\/products\/jomain-baumann-xl-tambour-room-divider-in-pine-for-baumann-france-1930s","provider":"Curiouz","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
